Ahhhh….. This is it…Possibly Absolute Perfection in a Bottle. Packed with Fresh Citrus including the Zest of Six Buddha hands. Aztec’s medium level heat source is Powered by very rare Bhut Jolokia Peach Chili Pods. This sauce was extremely problematic to make and truth be told due to the very limited amount of Chilis I could obtain and the amount I trashed; I have a whopping total of 11 bottles available. Because of the scarcity and my memories with this one ….I’m going to sign and number them cuz each one tells a story.  Enjoy this sauce as much as I do.
