I’m super excited to share an all new elixir made from the ground up. – Naturally Fermented Banana vinegar. What? Yep Banana Vinegar ! It’s highly versatile with a most unique taste profile. It also has possible health benefits (Not Yet certified) which make it a most worthy alternative to other vinegars such as apple vinegar. I have been working on the fermentation process of bananas for sometime believe this is the first of its kind..at minimum in North America. There seems to be some history of its use in South America.
In any event, I now have a very limited quantity of this most special and Luved Elixer which I drink a shot of everyday. Filled in beautiful 375 ml flask bottles with built in shaker top and wood cork finish. Quanities are limited as it’s a highly complex and slow process to produce. Enjoy and Feel Alive
